So, here where I work, anytime we send out an e-mail, we use a pre-fabbed email that we paste in and shoot out. They all have crazy names too so that we can retreive them easy. So anyways I was on a call the other day and a woman had received the "Black Ken doll prince" instead of the "white " one. They were all pissed off. So I made up and e-mail blurb if you will that addresses this issue.

Dear Joe Customer,

Thank you for contacing us at ******.com

We are sorry to hear of the trouble with your recent order for " Prince Jake Ken Doll-Afican American." We value our customers and understand that we have not met standards in this case. Please except our sincere apologies.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to send you the " Prince Jake Ken Doll-White" that you had ordered. Here at ******.com we have an affirmative action plan with all dolls in our toy department. We have a two-thirds quota to fill on all African American Dols in stock. For each 5 white dolls that sell, 2.17 African American dolls must as well.

Again, as my colleage previously mentioned, we will not be able to send you the " Prince Jake Ken Doll-White" that you had originally ordered. Please understand that this is what currently represents our policy at this time. We are sorry, but we will not be able to offer any further action insight on this matter.
